The Knowledge-Mart is committed to the highest standards of customer excellence: |
- All Knowledge-Providers are screened through a very stringent and high quality evaluation and selection process.
- We take quality learning seriously - Any violation of quality standards reported to The Knowledge-Mart will be investigated and appropriate actions taken based on the results of this investigation.
- No charges for cancellation of a session within 48 hours before the scheduled time or for changing the time of a scheduled session.
- The Knowledge-Mart will refund the session fees to the learner should a Knowledge-Provider fail to show up for the scheduled session.
- For a course that is of longer duration, ie. more than 3 hours, learners can abort the training session within the first 30 minutes and claim a full refund. For shorter courses, the session must be aborted within the initial 10 minutes of the session to claim a refund.
- For interruptions or disruptions caused by technical problems, the session will be rescheduled for the learner at no extra charge.

| Refund Policy |
- The Knowledge-Mart offers a 100% refund if a scheduled session is cancelled by the learner 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
- Learners can claim 90% refund for a session which is cancelled before 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, and 80% refund for cancellation on the day of the scheduled session (8 hours before the start of the session).
- There is no refund if a learner misses the scheduled session without prior notice to The Knowledge-Mart Customer Service.

Cancellations and refund requests are required to be called directly into our Customer Service department at 805-409-0103. Please note we do not accept cancellations through email or mail.
